Thailand National Team Handled by Prapon

Football Association of Thailand (FAT) has appointed Prapon Pongpanich became head coach of the team ‘White Elephant’ is to perform at SEA Games 2011 in Jakarta and Palembang, 11 to 22 November 2011. Prapon is a former Bangkok United coach, will be assisted by assistant coach Vithoon Kijmongkolsak , quoted from official site AFF, Saturday.

Thailand seeks to not repeat bad outcome at two years ago, FAT began training camp for the players SEA Games. At SEA Games 2009 in Laos, Thailand tried to wrest title for ninth time in a row. But failed after their team defeated Malaysia in semifinals.

Peace in Southern Thailand

Southern Thailand is where there are hundreds of miles of coastline, several beaches that are untouched. Many people say that majority of Thailand’s most famous locations, such as Phuket – Thailand’s largest island – has been exploited and lost beauty and charm. But that did not stop many tourists holiday to seaside towns every year.

Tourist attraction in Thailand increased sharply after the area was featured in Hollywood films. First is Ko Tapu, now known as James Bond Island, which featured in the film output of 1974 ‘The Man With The Golden Gun’. Then the adventure deadly Leonardo DiCaprio in The Beach -  near Phi Phi Island in 2000 – which increased interest in the world would be a stunning beach vacation.

True, most places in Southern Thailand has been crowded and damaged, but there are still places to be alone to enjoy peace and relaxation.

Discovery Thailand

Ministry of Tourism and Sports (mots), encourage educational trips for the teenagers of ASEAN, which coincides with the Year of the Young Travelers today. “Discovery Thailand” is the activity that will trigger the curiosity of young people to learn and exchange experiences of the journey together through Thailand. The ASEAN youth will visit important places in Thailand’s beautiful, which allows them to exchange viewpoints and cultures.

This campaign follows the theme of finding hidden treasure and the places in Thailand that may never have experienced a lot of teens that before. They are a chance to investigate all the interesting sights in Thailand for a week, starting on Sunday, November 15, 2010 until Sunday, November 21, 2010. Both teenagers Thailand and ASEAN +3, which also includes teenagers from China, Japan, and Korea, will begin traveling from Bangkok, Petchburi, Prachuab Khirikhan, Supaanburi, and ends at the Sukhothai.
