PHUKET: Four charged with drivers tuk – tuk of obstacle to the movement in a blockade of Patong are now deciding whether to admit their sin and to pay a fine or face a court hearing that will decide their guilt or innocence.
The four make the police one day last week after the Commander of Police in Phuket Major General Pekad Tantipong said of the leaders of Patong tuk – tuk that it would be wise if they went.
